Beyoncé, Jay-Z Rent Bus for Private NYC Tour with Kids

Beyoncé and Jay-Z were feeling the New York vibes this Wednesday. They rented out a whole bus for a private family tour of the city.

The “Halo” singer, 42, and her New York-born husband were spotted inside a Tea Around Town tour bus. They were all smiles as they took in the holiday decorations across the city.

Beyoncé was dressed in a black top, matching head wrap, and sunglasses. Their daughter, Blue Ivy, looked adorable in a white sweater.

Jay-Z’s mother, Gloria Carter, was also part of the tour. She was seen on the second floor of the pink double-decker bus, dressed in a bright yellow outfit and matching fascinator.

The couple and their family enjoyed the festive sightseeing. They visited holiday hot spots like Rockefeller Center’s iconic Christmas tree and Saks Fifth Avenue’s extravagant window displays.

The family of five also toured Times Square and Bryant Park. This happened during their daytime tour.

Earlier in the day, Blue Ivy had some time without her parents. She went on a lunch date with her friends.

An eyewitness told Page Six that the 11-year-old stopped by Serendipity 3 for a meal. “She was supposed to be joined by her younger siblings, Sir and Rumi Carter, but the paparazzi outside the restaurant were too much, so the 6-year-old twins didn’t come in,” the insider shared.

Blue, dressed in a black hooded coat and jeans, enjoyed a cheeseburger and their classic Frrrozen Hot Chocolate. She was also seen making “funny videos on her phone.”

“Beyoncé’s bodyguard, Julius de Boer, made sure no one took any pictures of the pre-teen,” the source added.

The Carters’ appearance in New York City comes after a lavish birthday party they threw for the “Hard Knock Life” rapper. The party was held at Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte vineyards in Bordeaux, France.

Beyoncé has also had a busy year. Her “Renaissance” concert film hit theaters on Dec. 1.

The “Irreplaceable” singer held two star-studded premieres in Los Angeles and London. Taylor Swift, returning the favor after Queen Bey attended Swift’s film premiere, was one of the big names to appear at the London premiere.
