Chris Larangeira, the ex-husband of “Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick, has publicly wished her and her new fiancé Vinny Tortorella “nothing but the best” despite rumors of bitterness and hatred. Larangeira took to Instagram to clarify that he holds no resentment towards Pivarnick and her new fiancé. He said, “You CAN NOT have resentment if you truly want to heal and better yourself… I always tell her how happy I am for her and wish her nothing but the best.”

Larangeira acknowledged the importance of letting go of anger and hate, emphasizing that life is too short to waste it being unhappy. He jokingly added, “This single life is really starting to get boring. I’m ready to start getting yelled at again.”

Tortorella proposed to Pivarnick in November 2022 at a “divorce party,” and the news was kept under wraps until it was revealed in an April episode of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.” Pivarnick has been married to Larangeira for three years before filing for divorce in January 2021, citing allegations of infidelity, a lack of intimacy, and Larangeira’s decision to move out temporarily. Despite undergoing couples therapy, they were unable to save their marriage, and Larangeira filed for divorce in January 2022. The divorce was finalized in May.

It remains unclear when Pivarnick and Tortorella started dating, but they made their red carpet debut in February as a couple. In an emotional episode of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation,” Pivarnick shared her excitement about being engaged again, saying, “If you would have told me that I would have my divorce party last night and now I’m engaged officially, I would tell you right now you’re full of dog s–t. But here I am, engaged, and I’m getting married again!”
