Howie Mandel has trolled himself over his previous interview with Tom Sandoval, which received backlash from viewers who felt he was too sympathetic towards Sandoval’s affair with Raquel Leviss. Mandel responded to a post teasing Ariana Madix’s appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, commenting that he hoped the host had done her homework. Fans both laughed at Mandel’s self-awareness and criticized him for not doing his due diligence in the original interview.
Howie Mandel is making fun of his own interview with Tom Sandoval, ahead of Ariana Madix’s appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.
Howie Mandel, the famous host of “America’s Got Talent,” made fun of his own, much-criticized interview with Tom Sandoval, ahead of Ariana Madix’s appearance on “Call Her Daddy,” a popular podcast hosted by Alex Cooper. Cooper posted a teaser for her upcoming “Scandoval”-themed episode, and Mandel jokingly responded in the comments by writing, “I just hope you’ve done your homework.” Fans laughed at Mandel’s self-awareness, however, some criticized him for not doing his due diligence at the time of his sit-down with the disgraced “Vanderpump Rules” star.
Some fans dragged the “America’s Got Talent” judge, 67, for appearing to “justify” Sandoval’s affair with Raquel Leviss while in a ten-year-long relationship with Madix. Other viewers criticized Mandel for not even knowing the bare minimum, such as the fact that Leviss and Madix were best friends before the affair was exposed on March 3. The duo is expected to unveil all of “Scandoval.”
Lala Kent, a co-star of the group, criticized Mandel for conducting a “f—king random” interview with “lying” Sandoval. “It’s not that I don’t dig Howie Mandel. Dope, cool, got it, whatever, but what a weird f—king first interview,” she said. “That is so f—king random, like, the game show host? The one who fist-bumps you because he’s scared of germs?”
Although Sandoval, 40, and Leviss, 28, tried to make their relationship work despite the drama, Page Six confirmed that the couple called it quits earlier this month. “Raquel dipped out. Sandoval is not the one for her,” an insider revealed to us as Leviss remains at a mental health facility for treatment. The Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontman was rumored to be dating an influencer named Karlee Hale, but he quickly denied it.
