Biermann also fears that Zolciak will expose the children to behavior that is not beneficial for their “mental health and wellbeing” during her appearance on the Bravo series. He additionally wants two people from a local mediation group to investigate Zolciak’s behavior immediately, which allegedly includes driving recklessly with the kids in the car and constant gambling.

Former NFL player Kroy Biermann has filed court papers requesting a legal guardian for his four minor children amid his divorce from “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum, Kim Zolciak. Biermann claims that Zolciak has been abusive towards him in front of the children, and he fears she will expose them to behaviour that is not beneficial to their “mental health and wellbeing” during her forthcoming appearance on the Bravo series. Zolciak has not responded to Biermann’s request.
The retired athlete has asked the court to appoint a guardian ad litem for the children, specifically requesting two people from a local mediation group to investigate Zolciak’s alleged reckless driving with the children in the car, and constant gambling, immediately. Biermann claims that Zolciak had “no proof to support her claims” that he smoked marijuana excessively and was “unable to care for the children.”
Zolciak and Biermann filed for divorce on May 8th after 11 years of marriage. Due to “financial necessity,” they are still living together in their Georgia mansion. Their separation is far from amicable, and Biermann has accused Zolciak of abusing him in front of the children. Meanwhile, Zolciak has accused Biermann of having substance abuse issues and has requested he undergo drug testing.
While the legal battle continues, “RHOA” star Shereé Whitfield revealed that Zolciak is “dealing with a lot” and “really trying to be strong for the kids” on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast. Whitfield also sympathises with Zolciak, having gone through a similar experience herself, saying, “It’s not fun and it’s not easy.”
