Kyle Richards Shares Weight Following Ozempic Use Denial

Kyle Richards recently shared that she now weighs 117 pounds. This comes after she hit her “heaviest” at 132 pounds during a 2022 trip to Italy.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star opened up to Us Weekly about her weight loss journey. She mentioned that she doesn’t want to lose any more weight, having made significant changes to her lifestyle.

“I need to change up my workouts because my body has become accustomed,” she said. Richards works with a trainer, @corygfitness on Instagram, who provides her with varied routines to avoid plateauing.

Richards is committed to daily exercise. Her typical diet includes a protein shake for breakfast and snacks like apples with peanut butter or string cheese.

She’s been sober for over a year and doesn’t see herself drinking alcohol again. Richards has also incorporated strength training and running into her routine, alongside her regular hiking and spinning.

Her dinner usually consists of fish or grilled chicken. “I like eating at home so I know what’s going into my food,” she shared.

Richards, who has denied using weight-loss drugs such as Ozempic, also refuted claims that she has replaced alcohol with fitness. “I don’t understand why doing something good for you is looked down upon,” she said.

She now includes weight lifting, running, and hot yoga in her routine. Richards, 54, explained that these activities help clear her mind.

The reality star also revealed she has been sober since July 15, 2022, and doesn’t miss alcohol. “I don’t see myself drinking again. I love the way I feel and look,” she said.

She clarified that her body transformation is not a “revenge body” following her split from her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky. Instead, she said, “It’s meant to be an I-feel-good body.”
