Bravo stars Dorit and PK Kemsley sued Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s London for breach of contract, fraud, and negligence after their California mansion was severely damaged due to accidentally leaving the water running, and Dorit faced another lawsuit from a private nurse over an unpaid invoice for post-care following alleged plastic surgery.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Dorit and PK Kemsley recently had a major mishap in their lavish mansion that resulted in severe damage. The couple accidentally left the water running in one of their bathrooms, causing extensive water flow throughout their property. As a result, the Bravo stars decided to sue Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s London and several other defendants for breach of contract, fraud, and negligence, as revealed in court documents.

In their lawsuit, Dorit and PK explained that they own a luxurious home in Encino, California, and that the legal action was initiated due to an insurance claim they made for the water damage. According to the complaint, this incident occurred on June 26, 2020, when the couple inadvertently left the water running in their minor daughter’s bathroom on the second floor. Consequently, the water cascaded through the bathroom, the adjacent bedroom closet, and ultimately made its way down to the office on the first floor, damaging various areas of the property.

Seeking unspecified damages, Dorit and PK filed the lawsuit but subsequently dismissed it before Lloyd’s could respond. It’s worth noting that this incident isn’t the only legal trouble the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has found herself in lately. Dorit was recently sued by a private nurse named Natalie Vanderstay for an unpaid invoice related to post-care services provided after alleged plastic surgery.

Natalie, the nurse, claimed to have been hired by Dorit to provide medical services, including monitoring and assessing her pain, administering medications and treatments, and addressing all her medical needs and concerns. Natalie’s lawsuit demanded payment of $8,600 from the reality TV personality. These recent unfortunate events have certainly added to the drama surrounding Dorit and PK Kemsley’s lives, both on and off the screen.
