Lesley has accused David of physical violence towards her mother in February, consequently fearing for the safety of her family.
The situation has reportedly turned tense, with Lesley mentioning that David had called her derogatory names and yelled in the faces of her children from a previous relationship. She also claimed that David had kicked her and the children out of their marital home. Lesley has asked the court to mandate David to move out of their $17k per-month Laguna Beach mansion and pay monthly child and spousal support, along with $15k for her lawyers. David, however, denies all allegations made against him and filed a restraining order of his own.

David and Lesley filed for divorce last year but reconciled and filed again this year, with David citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The previous divorce was between David and Shannon, which lasted for 17 years. The two fought for months before agreeing on a settlement that required David to pay Shannon a $1.4m lump-sum payment and $10k a month in support.
