Swift performed some of her classic hits and kept the same setlist she has had in previous shows on the tour. The singer was also recently spotted in NYC with longtime friend and musician Jack Antonoff.

Taylor Swift has made her return to the stage for the first time since news broke of her split from Joe Alwyn. The singer performed at Tampa, Florida’s Raymond James Stadium on Thursday night, opening her set by asking the crowd if there was much to catch up on. Fans in attendance reported that Swift stuck to the same setlist as her previous performance in Arlington, Texas.
During the emotional show, the 12-time Grammy winner treated fans to a rendition of “Speak Now” and also performed “champagne problems,” a track she wrote with Alwyn for her ninth studio album, “Evermore.” Before playing “Lover,” Swift made a slight alteration to her usual introduction for the song, calling it “just a love song.”
Swift and Alwyn were together for six years but called time on their romance a few weeks ago. According to sources, the split was amicable, stating that “the relationship just ran its course.” Since the announcement of the breakup, fans have been keen to see Swift make her first public appearances.
Earlier in the week, Swift was spotted in New York City with longtime friend and musician Jack Antonoff, who has worked with her on her most recent album, “Midnight.” The pair dined at the Italian restaurant Via Carota, just four minutes from Cornelia Street, a notable track from Swift’s 2019 album “Lover,” which many believe references her relationship with Alwyn.
