Oliver Saunders, star of Vanderpump Rules and son of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais, has been served with legal papers demanding he pays child support for his 2-year-old son, with the court demanding retroactive support from March 2020 to present day.

Reality TV star Oliver Saunders, who appears in Vanderpump Rules, has been served with legal papers demanding he pay child support for his 2-year-old son. The State of Nevada Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (NDWSS) served Oliver with court documents on April 23, according to court documents obtained by a news outlet. The papers were served at a home in Las Vegas, where Oliver’s mother Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais also resides.

NDWSS filed a legal case against Oliver in July 2022 on behalf of his ex Samantha. The paperwork submitted to the agency confirmed there is no current child support order in place, but the agency has now demanded Oliver pay retroactive support from March 2020 to present. Oliver and Samantha share a son named Oliver Lucas Saunders Jr, who was born in February 2020.

Oliver filed for divorce from Samantha on September 14, 2022, stating that “there is no possibility of reconciliation”. In her statement, Samantha accused Oliver of lying to her and disowning his role as a stepfather in front of her when they were in the process of trying to work things out. The couple has had diverging mental dispositions, dislikes, and views, leading to incompatibility.

Oliver has yet to issue any public statement concerning the child support case. Given his role as a reality star, the news is likely to stir up further controversy around his already tumultuous personal life. It remains to be seen how the case will progress, but it has put a spotlight on a challenging aspect of parent-child relationships that can occur after a breakup or divorce.
