Kroy Biermann and his lawyer reached an agreement concerning the NFL star’s Georgia mansion. The lawyer will be allowed to place a lien on the property, which is currently listed for $6 million. Upon the sale of the mansion, the lawyer will collect her legal fees and expenses incurred during Biermann’s legal matters with the Firm.
Documents indicated that interest will accrue at a rate of 1.5 percent monthly until the Firm is fully compensated for their services and expenses on Biermann’s behalf. Last month, the former stars of “Don’t Be Tardy” listed their seven-bedroom mansion, which they originally bought for $880,000 in 2012. The house is equipped with an arcade, movie theater, and gym, highlighting a significant increase in value.
